PSA Emergency Start OBD Mini

The PSA Emergency Start OBD Mini is designed for Peugeot, Citro?n, and Lancia vehicles to enable emergency starting by bypassing the original immobilizer system. This device is compatible with models using Siemens, Johnson Controls, JCI, Valeo, and Continental BSI units. Note: It is not compatible with newer vehicles using Delphi BSI systems.

Usage Requirements

• Vehicle must be equipped with a mechanical key.
• All parts must be original.
• The device is intended for use only when the key is lost.

How to Use the PSA Emergency Start OBD Mini

1. Insert the device into the OBD2 socket of the car.
2. The red LED (Power) will light up, indicating that the device is powered.
3. The device will automatically enter PIN code reading mode for 10 seconds.
4. After 10 seconds, the green LED (Code) will blink rapidly, indicating the PIN code has been read.
5. When you turn the ignition ON, the green LED will remain steady, signaling that the car is in emergency start mode and ready to start.
6. If the car doesn?t start normally, repeat the process from the beginning.

• Red LED: Power
• Green LED: Code
• Blue LED: CAN-speed mode (500kB/s or 250kB/s)

Attention: When the green LED (Code) starts blinking, the PIN code has been successfully read. If the car fails to start after turning the ignition on, press the button to switch the CAN-speed mode from 500kB/s to 250kB/s (indicated by the blue LED).
